What is the Earthsavers return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that services and gift cards are non-refundable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our boutique.
Are Earthsavers products cruelty-free and natural?
Yes, we prioritize clean beauty. The majority of our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and formulated with high-quality botanical ingredients.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future.
Can I use my spa gift card to purchase products online?
Yes, Earthsavers gift cards are valid for both in-spa services and online product purchases. Simply enter your gift card code at checkout.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement immediately.
