At Earthsavers Spa + Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or visit any Earthsavers location with your order number and receipt to begin the process.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and gently used or unopened condition to qualify for a return.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at a designated carrier facility, or simply bring it to our in-store concierge.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
